DIBD will assist in identifying the proper local representative for the Danish client company. DIBD will advertise for and invite qualified applicants to an initial screening. DIBD will then identify the most qualified candidates, typically three to five, for the position and arrange for final interviews and selection by the client company. Prior to this, a personality test of the candidates has been conducted. Following the appointment by the client company, DIBD will assist the client in completing the employment of the representative by:

• Negotiating employment terms
• Drafting all employment documents, including contracts
• Performing all necessary procedures registering the employment of the representative
