The OMIR concept implies that the Danish company is offered a local Russian employee by DIBD in Moscow. This means that the Danish company gets a loyal Russian person who will work for them out of DIBD's office in Moscow in close cooperation with us.

The basics of the concept is that the Danish company:
- in a much higher degree than previously gains control of and optimizes the activities in Russia via a local Russian employee. The locally based Danish head of the office will perform day-to-day monitoring and mentoring of the Russian employee and report to the Danish company on a regular basis
- will have a more systematic and focused effort on the Russian market via a controlled, local presence
- saves the investments in relation to office facilities, back-office functions and establishing an own legal entity. Moreover, the Danish company will not have to handle contractual employment issues
- obtains an effective start-up period in which the potential of the Russian market is investigated thoroughly before an eventual decision on establishment is taken
- is provided the opportunity to get connected to an existing network of consultants, companies, financial institutions and local authorities
